Monthly Subscriptions

If you’re unhappy with our service within the first 30 days, please reach out to us. We’ll work diligently to resolve your concern, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a fix that suits your needs. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll promptly issue a FULL REFUND for your purchase and transition your account to the free plan for that service.

Annual Subscriptions

QBO Shop Solutions does not require an annual subscription to access our services. Instead, we offer the flexibility to choose what works best for you. By opting for an annual upfront commitment, you receive a substantial discount compared to our affordable monthly subscription rates. If you’re dissatisfied within the first 45 days of using our service, contact us, and we’ll strive to address your issue, provide a workaround, or outline a solution timeline. If we can’t meet your expectations, we’ll provide a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan.

Ongoing Satisfaction

We aim for your satisfaction throughout your entire subscription term, not just during the initial 30 days (for monthly plans) or 45 days (for annual plans). If we discontinue, remove, or impair any functionality that was available when you subscribed, please notify us immediately. Should we fail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction in a timely manner, we’ll offer a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remaining portion of your subscription.

Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, both monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until you choose to cancel. Before each renewal, we’ll send an email detailing the amount to be charged to your credit card. After renewal, you’ll receive a receipt via email confirming the deducted amount, the next renewal date, and the upcoming renewal amount.

We understand that you might overlook canceling an unwanted subscription before it renews. Therefore, you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription up to five business days after the renewal date, and we’ll process your cancellation and issue a FULL REFUND.

Refund Policy Exceptions

We will not process refund requests (FULL or PRO-RATED) if your access to QBO Shop Solutions has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
